Marketing Manager - FMCG

Salary up to £50,000 DOE
We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to plan and deliver impactful B2B campaigns that drive growth in a fast-paced FMCG environment. This hybrid role requires 3 days in the office plus occasional UK travel.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own and manage the campaign calendar
- Plan and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Manage campaigns end-to-end
- Collaborate with sales, buying, and suppliers
- Lead brand activations and promotions
- Support trade events and product launches
- Track performance and optimise campaigns
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Strong campaign management experience
- Knowledge of FMCG or trade marketing
- Experience with multi-channel campaigns
- Data-driven with analytical skills
- Full UK driving licence
